Barcelona, April 22, 2026.- Sustainability is not a once-a-year conversation. It is embedded in how we design, collaborate and grow. This year’s Earth Day, celebrated globally on April 22, was another opportunity to reinforce that commitment through initiatives that bring people together around a shared purpose.
Earth Day across teams
Under the 2026 Earth Day theme, “Our Power, Our Planet,” teams across locations took part in activities to strengthen awareness and engagement around sustainability. In Barcelona, the Sustainability Champions organized a community outdoor gathering, while in Limerick, Ireland, the team joined a lunchtime nature walk along the Three Bridges route.
These initiatives created space for connection and reflection, encouraging more mindful approaches to everyday work while strengthening a sense of community and a shared understanding of sustainability as something lived collectively, not only discussed.
