As part of OPENCHIP & SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES Technical Department, you will support the design and manufacture of our next-generation, high-performance, power-efficient processor, system-on-chip (SoC) AI accelerators. The target product is a series of AI-specific semiconductor systems designed to deliver low power consumption and high-performance chips providing efficiency in machine learning and deep learning applications. We are working to transform our on-premises Information Technology systems into a hybrid cloud environment. The goal is the transformation of our information technology to support cloud delivery of systems across supporting staff across multiple locations with ASIC CAD tools and combining Linux/Virtual Linux and Windows.

As IT Manager, you will manage the design, implementation, purchasing and maintenance of IT infrastructure systems including servers, network hardware, and software applications and will be responsible for driving our Cloud adoption program, with experience of working with cloud solutions, re-platforming, and re-architecting solutions onto cloud. You will. You will ensure timely resolution of system or network issues and develop and manage a comprehensive IT security program to secure data and IT infrastructure. You will assist with the creation and implementation of IT policies and procedures to ensure consistent practices.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience with hybrid cloud deployments, and on premise-to-cloud migration deployments and roadmaps (cloud-based file solutions.). Has experience in Cloud-based solutions that are architected to the provider’s Cloud adoption framework with an appropriate landing zone
Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery.
Experience with both on-premise and Cloud-based network topologies. This includes the understanding of concepts that include TCP/IP, VPN, advanced local routing, BGP, and ExpressRoute
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
Good understanding of ASIC CAD tools is a plus.
